We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with NaturalTTS. If you're not happy with your subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal.

This applies to:

  • Starter Plan subscriptions (monthly and annual)
  • Pro Plan subscriptions (monthly and annual)
  • First-time purchases and subscription renewals

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window:

  1. Email us at refunds@naturaltts.com
  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Briefly explain your reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
  4. We'll process your request within 2-3 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:

  • Go to Account → Subscription Settings
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm your cancellation

When you cancel:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan after the period ends
  • Your data and generated audio remain accessible

4. Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day guarantee period, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we may offer prorated refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances:

  • Extended service outages affecting your usage
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Duplicate charges
  • Other extenuating circumstances at our discretion

5. Annual Subscription Refunds

Annual subscriptions are eligible for full refunds within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days:

  • Cancellation stops future billing
  • Access continues until the annual term ends
  • No prorated refunds for unused months
  • Exceptions made for extenuating circumstances

6. Free Plan

The Free plan has no charges and does not require refunds. You can upgrade or downgrade between Free and paid plans at any time.

7. Disputed Charges & Chargebacks

If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us first at billing@naturaltts.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

We're committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in:

  • Account suspension pending resolution
  • Additional fees to cover chargeback costs
  • Permanent account termination in cases of fraud

8. No Questions Asked Policy

Within the 14-day guarantee period, we provide full refunds with no questions asked. You do not need to provide a reason, and there are no usage requirements or conditions.

This unconditional guarantee applies regardless of:

  • How much of your character limit you've used
  • How many voice clones you've created
  • What features you've accessed

We only reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of clear fraudulent activity (e.g., repeated subscription cycling for abuse), which will be handled on a case-by-case basis with clear communication.

9. Trial Periods & Promotions

If we offer promotional trials or discounted pricing:

  • The 14-day refund guarantee applies from the start of the trial
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial without charges
  • Special promotion terms will be clearly stated at signup

10. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other Methods: Up to 14 business days

Processing times depend on your payment provider and may vary.

11. Service Credits

As an alternative to refunds, we may offer service credits for:

  • Service disruptions or downtime
  • Technical issues affecting your usage
  • Customer satisfaction gestures

Credits are applied to your account and can be used toward future subscription payments.

12. Changes to Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email.

The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
