1. Overview
Naturaltts provides subscription-based software and digital services.
If your payment is processed through Paddle, Paddle may handle parts of the billing, subscription, and refund process as Merchant of Record.
2. Free Trial and EDU Pilot
Free Trial and EDU Pilot access are evaluation offers and are not paid purchases unless explicitly converted into a paid plan.
No refund is available for unused Free Trial or EDU Pilot access.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time before renewal.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated during checkout:
- cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- you keep access until the end of the current paid period
- you will not be charged for the next renewal after cancellation takes effect
4. Refund Eligibility
We may consider refunds in cases such as:
- duplicate charges
- accidental purchases reported promptly
- technical issues that prevented substantial use of the paid Service and could not be resolved
- unauthorized charges, subject to review
- cases where applicable law grants mandatory refund rights
We may decline refund requests where:
- the Service was substantially used during the billing period
- the request is based only on changed preference after access and use were provided
- the refund request is made unreasonably late
- abuse, fraud, or policy violations are involved
5. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
If local law gives you stronger refund or cancellation rights, those rights will apply.

If your purchase was processed by Paddle, you may also be asked to use Paddle's buyer support or subscription-management process.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method, where possible.
Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, and payment method used.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us first at contact@naturaltts.org so we can try to resolve the issue before a chargeback is filed.
