These Terms & Conditions govern your use of NaturalTTS services operated by NaturalTTS ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

NaturalTTS provides text-to-speech (TTS) conversion services using advanced AI technology. Our services include:

• Text-to-speech generation using Standard and PRO voices
• Custom voice cloning capabilities
• API access for programmatic integration
• Audio file generation and storage
• Premium voice selection and quality options

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits:

• Free Plan: 3,000 characters per month with Standard voices
• Starter Plan: $19.99/month for 250,000 characters with Standard voices
• Pro Plan: $39.99/month for 500,000 characters with all voices

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment processor.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Usage Limits & Fair Use

Your subscription plan determines your monthly character limit. If you exceed your limit:

• Additional generation requests will be declined
• You may upgrade your plan to access higher limits
• Limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle

We prohibit automated scraping, bulk downloading, or any activity that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

6. Voice Cloning & Consent

Our voice cloning service requires explicit consent:

• You must have legal authorization to clone any voice
• Cloning celebrity or public figure voices without permission is prohibited
• You must provide audio samples that you own or have rights to use
• We maintain consent records for compliance and legal protection
• Violation may result in immediate account termination

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

• Create deepfakes or misleading audio without clear disclosure
• Impersonate others for fraudulent purposes
• Generate content that violates laws or regulations
• Create hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Interfere with service security or integrity

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to your input text and audio samples. You grant us a license to process your content solely to provide our services.

Generated Audio: You own the audio files generated through our service, subject to:

• Compliance with these Terms
• Proper attribution if required by your plan
• Commercial usage restrictions (Pro plan required for commercial use)

Our Platform: NaturalTTS, our logo, and service technology remain our exclusive property.

9. Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. You use our services at your own risk.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Make emergency updates as needed
• Modify or discontinue features with notice

We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

11. Refund Policy

Please see our separate Refund Policy for complete details on refunds and cancellations. We offer a minimum 14-day refund window for all paid subscriptions.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the service in a manner that harms others or our platform

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim
• We are not responsible for third-party TTS provider availability

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NaturalTTS from claims arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your generated content and its distribution

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NaturalTTS operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
