Questions people ask

Do you support SAML single sign-on?

Yes, on enterprise plans, with setup guides for Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Google Workspace. SCIM directory sync is available alongside it.

Where is data processed and how long is it kept?

Source documents are discarded after text extraction. Generated audio stays in the workspace until deleted. Text submitted through the public free tool is never written to storage at all. Regional hosting and retention terms are covered in the DPA.

Can we get a VPAT or accessibility conformance report?

Ask and we will provide what we have, including known gaps. We would rather send an honest document with limitations listed than a conformance claim that does not survive testing.
